INNOVATIVE DESIGN

The Property incorporates energy recovery systems for the special-purpose research spaces, which reduces building cooling and heating requirements. Overall, building energy consumption is reduced and water use is 40% less than any other typical facility. The building systems provide a 28.8% energy cost savings compared to USGBC’s baseline building standards.

The facility’s design was intended to create a building culture that encourages collaboration and excellence in research. The building is organized around the concept of encouraging creativity and providing a healthy and dynamic environment through extensive interior visual connections and daylight, while providing ease of access to outdoor areas for enjoyment and exercise.

The property offers ample conference and lecture space in a modern, professional setting with additional small conference rooms and office space on the second and third floors. The laboratories have been designed with modular walls to accommodate any future research needs and changes in technology while still promoting versatility, functionality and ease of collaboration.

Ultimately, the property offers best-in-class space with cost-effective and efficient systems in-place allowing the user the opportunity to focus on their operations in an easy-to-manage, modern facility.
